Let's Have Fun in the Snow!

Kamakura Dinner and a Snow Forest Adventure at Nabekura Highlands N-323

A hugely popular package for families, friends, and couples!
This package combines a “Noroshi-nabe” dinner served inside a snow hut with a stroll through the snowy forest.
Nabekura Highlands is a heavy snowfall area where 3 to 4 meters of snow typically accumulates each year.
The area offers a vast playground for snow activities—such as sledding, snowball fights, and diving into the snow—that will captivate both adults and children alike.
Enjoy a snowshoe walk as you dive into this silver-white wonderland♪
Stay in a forest cottage where you can cook your own meals. Enjoy your own private, relaxing space.
★ Winter boot rental included! Let’s play to our hearts’ content in the snow♪
(Boot sizes: Minimum 18.5 cm, Maximum 29.5 cm / Quantities are limited,
so please inquire at the time of booking if you wish to use this service.)
*This package requires a minimum of 2 adults per group.

1. Relaxing Stay in an Exclusive Cottage
“Nabekura Highlands: House in the Forest” is the northernmost cottage in Nagano Prefecture, located in the Nabekura Highlands of Iiyama City. In winter, snow about 3 meters deep blankets the landscape, allowing you to spend a leisurely time with your group.

2. Savor Special Winter Delicacies in a Kamakura
For dinner, head to “Restaurant Kamakura Village”. Enjoy a Noroshi-nabe hot pot in a magical setting woven from snow and light. A special experience unique to snow-covered Iiyama—one you can only enjoy here—awaits you. Forget about the time and fully immerse yourself in a night at “Kamakura.”

3. Hassle-Free Transportation
Before and after check-in and check-out, we offer a shuttle service between JR Togari-Nozawa Onsen Station and the inn. Traveling on snowy roads is worry-free, and moving with heavy luggage is a breeze.

4. Enjoy a Fun Stroll Through the Snowy Forest with a Guide
Nabekura Kogen Mori no Ie features walking trails where you can explore freely, and our guides will provide attentive assistance, so even first-time visitors can feel at ease. Dive into the snow, search for animal tracks, and have as much fun as you like!

Every Friday Only: "Kamakura Village Fireworks Display" Brightening the Night Sky
Fireworks are scheduled to light up Kamakura Village every Friday* at 19:00. Enjoy the magical contrast between the bright fireworks in the winter night sky and the warm lights of the snow huts.
