Day1		JR users: Take the Shinkansen from Tokyo at 8:41 → Iiyama at 10:28 or from Tsuruga at 8:15 → Iiyama at 10:32.
		For customers arriving by car: Please use the Iiyama Station Madarao Exit multi-level parking lot. (Parking fee: ¥200 for over 1 hour and up to 4 hours)

Tours cannot start on Sundays and Mondays.

For single use, a surcharge of ¥2,300 will be added.
Please note that travel expenses to the meeting location are not included in the tour price. Participants are responsible for their own transportation.

Due to the nature of this tour, which takes place in a natural environment, the itinerary may be subject to change, cancellation, or adjustments to the meeting and dismissal times depending on weather conditions, water levels, and other factors.

Participation is not permitted for the following individuals:

・Those who are under the influence of alcohol or have consumed alcohol
・Those with medical conditions that may interfere with participation

Additionally, we kindly ask that you refrain from joining the tour if:
・You have had a fever of 37.5°C (99.5°F) or higher within three days prior to the tour
・You are feeling unwell on the day of the tour

- Cancellation Fee -

In cases where the customer cancels the contract after the contract has been completed, 1 customer will be charged a cancellation fee from their travel fee at the following rates. In cases where multiple people are participating and a portion of the customers cancel their contracts, we will charge the remaining customers a fee based on the difference according to the change in the number of people (around 1 vehicle/1 room per person) using transport and accommodation facilities.
